The Next 24 Begins In
One challenge. One community. 24 hours that will test everything.
This isn't for everyone.
The Mission
Why Project
24 Exists
Movement is the most underrated mental health tool on the planet. We built a community around it — raw, real, and built to last.
Normalising Vulnerability
Strength isn't silence. We built a space where men and women can be honest about the weight they carry — without judgement, without armour.
Building Mental Resilience
Every rep, every hour, every shared struggle trains more than your body. We use physical challenge as a vehicle for mental fortitude.
Bringing People Together
Isolation kills. Community heals. When you're suffering beside someone at 3am in a group workout, something real happens. That's what we're after.
Supporting Those Who Struggle
This exists because people needed it. Not as a product. As a lifeline. If you're struggling — this is for you.
“To normalise vulnerability and support mental health through fitness — empowering individuals to find purpose, connection, and belonging.”

“Fatigue is honest. It shows you who you really are.”
“She said she couldn't. She was wrong.”

Our Story
Who We
Are
Project 24 didn't come from a business plan. It came from two people who knew what it felt like to be struggling — and couldn't find a space that felt honest enough to talk about it.
We built the 24-hour challenge because we needed it. Not as a fitness stunt — as a crucible. Something that would strip away everything except what actually matters: showing up, being present, and doing it alongside people who are fighting the same battle.
The number 24 isn't arbitrary. 24 hours is long enough to break you down and build you back up. Long enough to have a real conversation. Long enough to realise you're not alone.
This is personal. It will always be personal.
Why “24”
24 hours is where comfort zones collapse. It's the point where willpower runs out and something deeper takes over — community, purpose, identity. We chose it because it's long enough to be transformative, and short enough to commit to.

The Mission
Help us create impact through community and challenge. Every dollar goes toward expanding Project 24 and supporting mental health initiatives for people who need it most.
5% of all paid programs and events already goes to mental health charities. Direct donations go further — funding events in new communities, subsidising spots for those who can't afford it, and supporting partner organisations.
Make A Difference
Every amount matters. No minimum.
